Description:
Annoying issue we recently encountered: Secondary group permissions prevent a user from accessing a chat room regardless of their primary group using IPS4 (Invision Power Services 4.x).

One of our recently appointed admins could not access the chatroom fro administrators and moderators until we removed their secondary group entirely. Otherwise their lower-ranking secondary group permissions resulted in them receiving the error that their group did not have permission to enter the chatroom.

This was despite their account being added explicitly as both a moderator and an administrator in arrowchat admin's "manage users" section.

Chatroom access should surely be based on Primary Group membership, especially if a user has mod/admin permissions within arrowchat?!

You'll probably want to switch to "Enable Mode" for group permissions. The next version of ArrowChat will carry over the setting to "Allowed Group(s)" instead of disallowed.
