Description:
Unable to access emojis in desktop since update, on either Chrome or Microsoft Edge browsers, both browsers are up to date.

"We use Modernizr to hide the emoji button on browsers that are not compatible. I suspect you are using an incompatible browser."

only having this issue with the business license version, my other site that I upgraded used the premium license version the emojis work.

In my case, of the browsers I've tested the missing emoji button is only an issue on Google Chrome. The button is present and works properly on Firefox and Internet Explorer. Since Google Chrome is such a popular browser and since the author of this bug report indicates that the button is present on instances of ArrowChat rendered by a premium license installation but not on instances rendered by a business license one, I'm hopeful this may be a fixable issue.

I have confirmed the emoji button is showing up in Chrome. Perhaps try refreshing your browser cache with Ctrl+F5 or disabling extensions.
