plz tell me how to install arrow chat to phpbb forum. Please show it in very descriptive manner if you can??

also need help not showing on phpbb3 forum. put the header and footer codes in correctly and they are pointing to the correct .js links but the bar is not showing on page. (Source code is showing the scripts are embedded correctly)
