Any coders for custom work?

Are there any coders that would be available to do some custom work on arrow chat and vldpersonals.

I'm looking to have "offline" messages to go to members inbox.

Or have some other notification to pop up on the mobile template when they have a new IM. Currently if a member is using the mobile template and are not logged in the mobile chat they will never know that someone is trying to IM them.
