I tried upgrading to 1.7.1 to use the FB integration. Kept getting a blank admin page, and no chat bar showing up.
I tried the upgrade, then did a clean install a couple of times. All files and folders had the correct permission settings. Still, blank pages.

Please let me know if there is a fix. Went back to 1.6.11 and it's working fine. Thanks.

Open up a support ticket with your site URL, test login and FTP access. You'll need to upgrade to 1.7.1 before you open the ticket, though.

Is 1.7.1 compatible with PHPFox 3.7.4?

I tried installing again. I removed Arrowchat completely and dropped the tables. Installed 1.7.1 again. Still blank in the admin.

Uninstalled and went back to 1.6.11

The issue is in 1.7.1. I can not install it and wait for you. It would disable the chat on my site which is why people are there. Can you suggest a solution? Or perhaps fix it in 1.7.2? I purchased an upgrade extension to get the FB interaction. It has always worked before. Thanks.

OK, I give up. Please provide a fix in your next update for the blank page issue. I'd really like to use the facebook feature. Thanks.
