error in php xampp server

hi,
i downloded arrowchat application in to my local server(Xampp).but when i am running i am getting error like


Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance.


can you please assist me for this...thanks in advance
