Investigating Ticket

Was wondering usually how long it takes when a ticket says investigating...hate to be bothersome, but just got this a couple of days ago and anxious to get it working properly. Very excited to unveil it to the community

Usually same day but more complicated issues can take more time or if were out of the office.
