Hello, I did open a ticket for this a moment ago, but I thought sharing it in this forum would benefit others with the solutions we might find.
I recently migrated a site from HostGator to Amazon - from dedicated physical machine to cloud environment.
Is there any additional steps beyond the typical install needing to be taken to ensure the chat will work on this new cloud system? Various servers are involved and from what I can tell the chat system would need to make use of cookies more extensively to bridge the gap between servers as things might get cached on one and not the next.
I hope that makes sense.
