[Bounty] Custom Theme

Hoping to hire someone to put together a custom theme with colors based off my website.

A good example of text color and background color can be found at http://www.onslaughtls.com/page/about.html

I'll mention that I already bought the HD theme set, but the dark one just changes the bar and not the chat background (kinda bright compared to the rest of my site)
