I'd like to add "Pending Items" on the chat bar and be able to update the badge. When the user clicks the button I'd like to navigate to a page that shows the items. Seems like I have to create an app to use badges and I cannot figure out how to get the application (bookmark) link to use _self target. It seems like the "Link" options (vs Applications) seems a better choice; however, you can't set badges right? My question is how can I change the target of Application "bookmark" links to use _self as target?
