Add category to the Users

I would like to show in the buddy list if a user is a TUTOR, this adding just on rightside of username the word 'TUTOR'.
if a user is a tutor there is a field of the user table called tutor that if the value is = 1 enable the user to be a tutor, how can I do it?
Other thing.. Put the administrators of the arrowchat on top of the list of avallable and offline users, is it possible to do?
