Arrowchat Template Integration

Hi, Im hoping to figure out how I can integrate arrowchat into the template I have for my web application. I can tell you the template for the web application uses the WebArch template that you can find on themeforest.net, if you have the time to see it, Im trying to integrate arrowchat with the chat template available with webarch. Any Auggestions? Ive pretty much tried everything i know and havent got far.
