i want to dissable the "chatroom" on bar so that they have to use the iframe chatroom i have embeded.
how to do that?

It's under 'General Features' in the admin panel.

Do this instead, put this in your active theme's CSS file:

#arrowchat_chatrooms_button{display: none !important}

Just so you know -- before you hide it on the Toolbar -- be sure to disable sounds in the database -- make everyone 0 and set the default to 0 -- otherwise you hide the chat room -- and you can turn off the sounds! So disable sounds -- hide it from the toolbar, to avoid this issue!
