Disabling CLICK requirement for POPUP

Dear Jason,
I've installed and everything is working fine except I have one minor request to make.

How do I disable the REQUIREMENT in order for the POPUP list to pop up?

You know ENFORCE KEEP LIST OPEN.

I have display:none set to block so it always displays but the thing is it requires you to click in order for the list to update and display friends.

Can you point me in the right direction to making this enforcement perm?

I am trying to achieve an automatic LISTING on the right side like fb.
