Is it possible to change the location of the mobile chat tab? In the Xenforo forum it covers up links that my users want to see. If I could make it center itself on the screen the issue would go away for me.

Unfortunately, it wouldn't be easy. Mobile devices get very, very tricky when users start to pinch to zoom. For that reason, it's a big JavaScript hack job that isn't pretty.
