Per-User Font Colors

Is there any way to allow each user to choose their own font color? In other words, one user can make their font appear blue in room and another can make theirs red, etc. If this isn't currently available, is it planned for the future? If not, can you provide some basic assistance on if/how I can accomplish this through PHP/CSS customizations? Thanks for any help you can provide.
