Move the whole chat bat a little bit up

Hi, I want to move the whole chat bar a little bit up. Te reason is because I have a music player on the footer, and I want the chat bar to be on the top of my music player. Any ideas of how I can get this to work? Can this get donde? Sorry if my english isn't the best. Greetings from Buenos Aires, Argetina!
