mobile chat needs to disable chat room

The above website is integrated with arrow chat. in Desktop its working fine but ours is a chat website and main souse is mobile. there arrow chat is a total failure

if we select a particular person for chat and when we go to back its going to arrow chat room instead of our website, so users are confused and exit from the website

currently no one is returning to our website because of this issue
