Video Chat limits...

Is there anyway to use a different provider than TinyChat for the video portion of the chat. The site I'm running Arrowchat on almost directly conflicts with their Terms of Service as I'm using Arrowchat in a SkaDate integrated swingers/lifestyle site and some of our members get "loose" while on camera.
Any possibilities?

The business edition will have an Adobe Stratus version of video chat that won't be governed by any TOS. It's still in beta though and will be available shortly.

So...will the business edition come at an additional cost to consumers, since we were unaware of the video chat restrictions upon purchase, and nowhere in your descriptions is it mentioned that TinyChat is the videochat provider...?

The business version comes with the business package only.
It's impossible to mention every little detail about every feature in ArrowChat. We try to lay out the information as clear as possible before purchase and the demo does have video chat enabled. If the video chat feature was your primary concern, you should have contacted us with questions about the functionality of it before purchasing.
That being said, you can upgrade to the business version at any time for just the difference in price. You aren't charged a fee or anything.
