the pop up of application doesnt work and it is open not correctly ....

Do you mean the Chat Pop Out, because I believe that has not yet been implemented and Jason said not to enable it yet. :)

Can you explain further with a screenshot or a demo login to your site with applications enabled.

Ah, you should have said Farmville. This is a known issue that we are trying to fix ASAP.
