Moderation tools: How to un-kick someone from chat?

Hello everyone, I kicked a member from chat last week for their behavior. The chat ban log doesn't show them in it, nor does the IP ban log... they can only access chat (can access forums just fine) using a VPN. Has anyone else had an issue with un-doing a kick?
