Scroll Up Application

I would like to make one suggestion to the Scroll Up Application. Most users I would think would have their cursors on the right hand side of the screen near the scroll down bar. I would like the ability to move my scroll bar app all the way over to the far right of the screen and not have it on the left hand side

I've had issues with this one in xenForo. It can't seem to click its icon/hide itself after I press it, so it just leaves some text there that's in the way.

I have reported the same problem earlier. Also same on vbulletin. They are working on it :)
