I'm having major problems since installing the latest version (premium) because it doesn't show the chat anywhere and all I get is a white screen when I go to the arrowchat admin page... I've replied to the
VIWZI3Q3IO and have yet to hear anything since they said I have to buy support, which I had already done... I have the receipt from 2co for verification... It's been 24hrs since and still shows expired in the members screen, so I'm wondering what's up with that...
I also submitted another ticket this morning and no one is picking up on it... Ticket 88QR27HO6N
I am really beginning to get upset after using this money to buy these things and not getting any support...
Can you please help me??
