Changes to editions and mobile support

We've made two important decisions with the release of v2.0 that we want everyone to know about.


The Lite Edition
It has been removed. The option to choose an edition when downloading has also been removed. By default, you will download the best package available to you.

Mobile Support is now Premium+
The kick starter edition will no longer include mobile support.


These changes have been made for one reason -- to streamline our processes and provide updates easier and quicker. We believe these two changes will allow us to create updates to the software more often, and we didn't see enough users interested in the lite edition to keep it around.

I've installed the v2 kick starter, but the mobile version does not work. Please could you help?

You absolute criminal. You did not state this when I updated to v2,0. So I have wasted hours upgrading to find you have removed the core functionality of the product I paid for. You absolute criminals. I am going to write this up on ripoffreport.com, Google and every review site I can get my hands on.

Not only that but because you never explained at the updated stage you were removing core features like mobile chat (which is what the vast majority of the community use) I never even realised that my community was without chat until I wasted more time doing research to find out why my stats were down. I look forward to hearing from you today with a resolution.

I realize that not everyone is going to be happy with these two changes, but it was absolutely necessary, unfortunately. You can download v1.8.51 and use the old /public/mobile/ folder to have access to the old version. Additionally, we are providing discounts on upgrades to the premium edition for older customers.
