Please refrain from using support (use the forums)

We realize that there is virtually no documentation available as of right now. We encourage everyone to refrain from using support tickets at this time (and use the forums), so that all the questions can be viewed by everyone. This will eliminate a lot of FAQs from being asked more than once.

Obviously, please create a ticket if the nature of the question is personal.
