Hi, I'd like some help in setting up my chat bar's notifications box to pick up the users notifications on my site.

I have the latest IP Board (3.3.2) and I am unable to use the notifications thing in the chat bar, which is a waste of everyone's time. There wasn't anything helpful in the documents either, is there anyway this can be done?
