Buddypress notification

Hey there,

the guys announced it but it has never been released in the notification settings: i really need help configuring the notification system for buddypress. i am not good in coding so i dont know how to use the custom notification tutorial. i need the notifications for the following reasons:

- new comment
- friend request
- new message
- new article

can aynone here help me? maybe someone who already configured it for himself?
