The friend requests won't work unless you add the friend request code (which isn't available yet). Your PMs should be working though, what version of vBulletin are you using?

Please open up a support ticket with your site url and two dummy accounts. I want to check a few things out that may help identify the problem.

question and if this has been answered then I am sorry lol ... is the feature available yet or could someone tell me how do I create the little popup notifications like we got for the new version available. I know there is a section to create a notification but not exactly sure how to set that up..

http://www.arrowchat.com/install/
Step 5
Select from the drop-down box and follow the instructions.
Enable site notifications in your ArrowChat admin panel.
Customize links/html under notification settings (optional).

Nope, you'll need to add this into your vBulletin files. Unfortunately, we haven't provided that code yet so you'd need to figure it out yourself.

in your admin panel, edit your private message notification, and change that link to forums/private.php or whatever the link is to your PM inbox:

rrowchat_notification_icon" />
<a href="forums/private.php">{author_name}</a> has sent you a new message.<br />
