Database Tools/Notices/Reports

Hello!

Has anyone developed a tool to search for, or constantly monitor, database for key words or phrases and notify administrators privately? If not, would someone be interested in writing such?

I have had very bad issues with hate and violence happening within chat and users are not notifying the moderators. Not only is it causing members to leave because they are offended, it is a gross violation of the terms of use for the site. Any such conversation is grounds for being banned from site.

I am using ArrowChat with Invision/IP.Board
