Here are some of the bigger features we're looking to add in the v1.8 update to ArrowChat!

- Big UI updates; we want to concentrate the bulk on this update on giving the ArrowChat UI a fresh look with all themes
- Link multiple sites together or multiple databases
- A full moderation system
- Big chat room improvements including joining multiple rooms
- SSL support for Facebook integration and the push service

As always, there is no release date or ETA on this as of yet.

Hi Jason...
Multiple chat room joining is fantastic news, as it's number 1 on my wishlist for ArrowChat.

would love to see ability to invite users to chat rooms, possibly the ability to connect to GTALK as another chat software does (Not mentioning here)

Please add Responsiveness to arrowchat, it would help in better viewing embedded chatrooms in mobile devices etc. and would eliminate the need for writing a seperate "mobile chat" page, and would allow for more customization of the source code for the customer... I mean, it's just a suggestion tho haha

Hi:
Please add facebook support in mobile devices, and fix the known bug that sometimes you do not see online friends on facebook, but if you really are.
Forum puts bugs is fixed, but really keeps crashing even via web chat arrow itself.
Thanks: Luis.

I would like to know more about "A full moderation system" ? We just have noticed many users are advertising their forums in the ArrowChat and we want to control this unauthorized advertising.

Quick update on the v1.8 progress.

It is coming along nicely. We're aiming for testing to begin in about 3 weeks. The joining multiple chat rooms feature is a big update. There is a slim chance it may get pulled from this update, but we'd really like to include it so we'll see.

We've got a whole bunch of new great features that we can't wait to share with everyone.

I do like the new mobile chat tab that's showing on this site - nice addition! However, is it possible to make it a bit smaller as I think it's a little large? Also, is it possible to temporarily dismiss it or make it almost completely disappear off the page, at least for that session? I can see some of my users who don't want to join chat on that visit getting annoyed at the tab being constantly there.

Is 1.8 already being used on this site? It looks different. Something is wrong with the poped out group chat. First of all there is no link and if I use this one it looks wrong:
http://www.arrowchat.com/arrowchat/publ ... room/?id=1

On my site I really need to have a groupchat that is on a several page rather than small in the bar.

As a follow-on to this, I'm currently on my tablet and I wanted to click on the Twitter button at the bottom right of thus site. However, I am unable to do this as the Mobile chat button obscures it and there's no way to move or hide it.
