Currently, if a user gets a few notifications and then clicks the icon at the bottom to view them, the are all acknowledged at that point, even if they were never clicked. My users are having a very difficult time with this. I need them to remain in the list until the user interacts with them. I am aware that you can "see all notifications", however, this does not help in the determination of which ones you have acknowledged or now. Is this possible change?
