Where is instructions to kick users etc??

To ban users from chat, that is under the "Users" menu in the ArrowChat admin panel.

In chat rooms, you need to be a moderator or administrator and then you can just click the user's name.

Ok, but there is a way to kick an user from the chat list ?

If you mean you want to stop them using private chat, you'd do that from the admin control panel by banning their username.

I wanna simply kick them out from the user list online of arrowchat...

Then you'll have to ban them as mentioned above. You can then remove the ban when you want to give them access again.
