No multiple rooms, incorrect room totals - not good.

Hi,
We've started using Arrowchat today on our site http://www.onedirection.net, having previously used Envolve for the past year. We love most of what Arrowchat has to offer, however our users are complaining that they can't chat in more than one room at once, which they used to be able to do.
Also, whilst testing the new chat out, clicking the chat room list would show 10 users for example in a particular chatroom, but the list of users shown on the right hand side of the chat would never tally with this number, it was always less.
We had our chat open for guests as well as forum members (we us IP.Board), as this was how we had it working with Envolve.
However, due to these issues, and a huge backlash from our users we've had to resort back to Envolve.
We're looking for a long-term chat provide to use, and sometimes we can have 300-500 people chatting on our site at once, so we need a very robust and easy-to-use solution.
Chris.
