It worked for random users and not for everyone..

If I buy this, could you help me get it working?

I'm using Mybb.. and i use some mybb plugins.. but it shouldn't cahnge how this chat works.

What kind of info should i post to get some help on this?

We can certainly help you if you were to purchase it.

Is the bar just not showing up for some users?
