i'm really fed up with this! there's a download link, but it only sends me to download an upgrade of firefox or chrome. please send me a link to DIRECTLY download the starter edition or refund my money. i do not have time for all this ridiculous crap. all those ads are the biggest nuisance i have ever encountered and VERY unprofessional. i'm disgusted especially after hearing how great arrow chat is.

sorry for the comment about ads. turned out i had spyware and fortunately found it quickly and deleted it. thanks.
