Hello,
i want to add smiley like this (on attachment) and i want it show exactly like it with the same size but smiley size in arrowchat is small by default. how can i change it ?

You can do this via CSS with the .arrowchat_smiley class, but all smilies have to be the same size.

It would be a great idea for us to add another CSS class to the actual smiley in the chat to allow for different sizes, though. I've added this to our suggestions list.
