how can i limit arrowchat access to certain group in Xenforo?

You would need to use a conditional to do this.

There are details on the XenForo site about using conditionals. However, you need to be a licenced customer to view the information. The last time you posted there you were told to register your account with your licence and you never did, so either you have forgotten to do that or you have an illegal nulled copy of XenForo...
