Can someone tell me how many chat room can you have?? I am the admin of a site I made a chat room however when I try to make another it tell me to wait?? Can I change this?

Yes, you can change the chat room flood time on /arrowchat/admin/manage.php?do=chatroomsettings. It is the slider "User Chat Rooms Flood".
