ArrowChat

After installing and configuring on a wordpress multisite arrowchat is not getting user id's and avatars, it is just creating guest user names and avatars.

First of all, unzip the ArrowChat zip file and extract the folder. Upload the folder to your hosting server using FTP.

Run the Web Installer.

Visit your website root file of ArrowChat, web installer will guide you through all the steps.

If it doesn't work you can ask the support team, also, I am using ArrowChat with my WordPress multisite on Cloudways managed hosting server, I added it through custom PHP script and haven't faced any issue.
