is there another service i can use apart from tinychat in the arrow chat system
as my members dont seem to like to use flash due to the security issues

The business packages comes with appear.in, webtok RTC, and OpenTok video chat options. The kick starter and premium packages are limited to TinyChat only.

Do any of those option support actual chatrooms with multiple users on cam, or only cam to cam?

looks to me arrow only allows one-on-one in private chat.
