Can we change the admin folder name to disable anyone from accessing /admin panel ?

You can't currently. But to stop ramdom people from trying to accessing that just make a .htaccess . I use http://www.htaccesstools.com/htpasswd-generator/ to help me build mine. A box will pop up asking for a user name and pass word before anyone can access that page.
