The fresh theme has the long bar or can you put the bar as facebook?

On your site does not work the theme change always remains the standard one. I would like to know if the new theme is possible to have the bar like facebook without having the long bar but just that of the right chat

There is now both a full bar an a no bar variation to this theme.
