PHPFox 4.6.1b2

Hey Everyone,

Has anyone figured this out yet? It won't even let me run the webinstaller.
A bit tweaked as I was told from support pre purchase that it was compatible.
I cannot seem to get it to work.

I have filled out a ticket but I am guessing the soonest they will respond is Monday.
Was hoping to have this completed tonight.
If anyone has any suggestions?
Thanks in advance,

LM

I have left multiple tickets with support about my issue and still no one has responded.
I am a little ticked off as I had explained my situation and was told it would work and it doesn't. I was also told not to worry as support would help if there was an issue. Still no help. Could someone please get back to me as I need to get this working. This is now delaying my relaunch for 3 days now...

I see your ticket was responded to now that support is open (closed weekends). The issue had to do with file permissions on your server.

Hello Jason,
I am now experiencing a blank site. I am literally locked out of my site.
I have submitted a ticket but I need to get this issue addressed asap. At this point I want to be done with this as it is not working as intended and I feel I was yessed into making this purchase when it is obviously not compatible with PHPFox 4.6.2b2 yet.

Please advise,
LM

The problems you are having have nothing to do with PHPFox. I would suggest you continue working with our technical support team to resolve your issue.
