Create chatroom from a mobile device, how?

I have "User Created Chat Rooms" checked, but it seems like the only way for users to create a chatroom is if they are on a desktop computer. Via a mobile device, the option is not available.

Not possible yet. We’re working on fixing some critical bugs before bringing any new features.
