My site doesn't have/use "User Profiles" so when a user "pops out" a chat window and then clicks on the "info icon" in the top right of the pop-out-chat they're presented w/ a "profile link" that doesn't actually lead anywhere. Can I turn-off Profile Links somewhere? I've looked through all your docs and can't seem to find any info on this subject.
I actually think this is a really great feature I'm just not setup for it ATM so I'm hoping I can just turn it off for now and then come back and turn it on once we're using User Profiles on our site.

You have to return either '#' or nothing in the includes/integrations.php get_link function. Unfortunately, the profile link title will still show, so you would need to disable that via CSS.
