Enable Hide Bar = This works well for desktops.
Hide Mobile Chat Tab = Once a user enabled this they can no longer get it back.

Is there a way in the control panel to disable users from hiding the mobile chat tab?

No. I think the solution will be to add the option on the desktop version in a new update.

What? There's no way to unhide the mobile chat tab once it's hidden? That's crazy! An oversight perhaps?

Sure there is...go back to the mobile page and unhide it.

Not sure what you mean by go back to mobile page. If you're on a mobile device you can not get the chat to come back. The only way it comes back is by clearing browser cookies.

They can always visit yoursite.com/arrowchat/mobile/ to unhide the chat.
