Arrowchat and Joomla 4

Hi,

is arrowchat not compatible with Joomla 4?

I just upgraded today and the chat no longer appears and if i try to go to the administrator area it throws a 500 error.

Is there anything in the files I need to change to get it working with this new version of Joomla?

I am trying to do a support ticket but when I try to pay via Paypal but it is rejecting me with this error message:

Transaction Failed!
Your transaction has failed with a status of processor declined. Please try purchasing again or contact support and mention transaction ID rdb6ymrt.

Can you advise please?

PayPal Buyer Revoked Pre-Approved Payment Authorization (2070)

I believe this means that you didn't authorize the transaction on PayPal, but I'm not entirely sure.

It doesn't go past where it shows my paypal email so I don't get the chance to authorize if that makes sense. When I try to pay it throws the error I posted earlier. If you can try yourself you will se what I mean.

Hi Jason,

and anyone else who is using arrowchat on a Joomla site.

Apparently the arrowchat code uses API call from before J3.8 and this has been removed in Joomla 4. How do we get around this?

I'm not having that issue, what browser is this? Yes, there is also credit/debit card and Google/Apple pay (depending on your device/browser) during checkout.
