Create video chat room in advance

Hi,

I would like to set up a URL to a video chat room in advance that I can send out to all my site members days before an event.

I don't see a simple button where I can "schedule" a call or even create a call and then invite users afterwards.

Am I looking in the wrong place or any way to set this up?
