hello all! I have a question about upgrading from Premium to Business. If I upgrade, would I be eligible for another domain change?
About three months ago, the domain that was initially provided to me some years ago was taken back. I reached out to Arrowchat support for a one-time domain change since the previous change was made to the now-reclaimed domain. Unfortunately, I haven't received a response, and it's been about a month. I’m wondering if this might be because my tech support has expired.
If I purchase tech support again would they be willing to change the domain to one that I currently own?
