Tinychat stuck on "connecting..."

I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem? I'm using the trial version of Arrowchat and whenever we try to use the video chat, we can see Tinychat loading in the background but it's forever stuck on "Connecting..." as per the attached image. Anyone know how to fix?

We had the business edition JavaScript but not the business edition video files uploaded to the trial. I've fixed this and you can update your installation by re-downloading and replacing the arrowchat/includes/js/arrowchat_core.js file.

I've downloaded the trial version 1.5.11 in the past few hours and installed it without any problems, apart from when I click #Start Video Call# nothing happens.
I am using the Dolphin intergration.

Disable your pop up blocker or allow the window to be opened.

Hi Jason,
Thank you, the chat now works!... most of the time. Some times just says that it has an error connecting and to retry. I'd leave the window open for 10 mins and it just doesn't connect.
Is this an issue I should be chasing up with Tinychat do you think?
Cheers.

I haven't ever seen this happen before. Perhaps TinyChat servers were acting funky while you were testing.
